Zero land MEAT here last 19 days.........no coffee or fried food either. What was the corned beef you were eating last week…that mike was all upset about I wasn't upset, I just said Ish too much fat.

I've never heard of cabbage juice. Same here! But, the “cabbage soup” use to be a famous diet about 15-20 years ago! It probably still is? Will make this, love cabbage soup.

FH try RED MEAT and GREENS (cabbage) along with 100 oz of water a day.
Can only help your swollen bowels.
